Incredible email marketing time-saver for TOCS or any other program

May 7th, 2008 by admin

Since I’m generating between 30 and 50 opt-in leads each day, I’m sure you can see how time consuming it can get to send each of them a personal email thanking them for visiting my web site and providing my contact information in case they have any questions.

I wanted to do this quick video to show you how I use software called “QuickText”, which is a plug-in for Mozilla Thunderbird, to automate this task and save me at least an hour or two each day, by composing an entire email with just a couple clicks.

To personally email 30 prospects takes me less than 10 minutes using this plug-in, and it allows for different email templates for different situations. If you’re using it to reply to someone who has sent YOU an email, you can even have the software automatically plug the recipient’s name into the email, so it’s even one less step.

I highly suggest you check this software out no matter what your business is. It WILL save you time, and it’s free.

Here’s the video…

You can get more information or download QuickText by clicking here.

Larry… that’s pretty strange as FireFox is software by Mozilla, as is the “Thunderbird” email client that the QuickText plugin was designed for… I’m not sure what to tell you.

It shouldn’t have anything to do with FireFox itself. Maybe the link I provided was determined by my particular browser setup and you just do a search in Google for “quicktext plugin” you’ll find a version that’s suitable for you use.

It’s worth searching for at least ;-)
